Watch Now: Gag Reel and Deleted/Extended Scenes From ‘The Avengers’ Blu-ray

We’ve still got a month to go before Marvel Studios’ billion dollar blockbuster The Avengers hits home video, so to smooth a appetites until then, we move we a preview of a movie’s Blu-ray reward facilities in a form of an blustering wisecrack reel, deleted scene, and extended scene.

The wisecrack tilt is your common collection of on-set goof-ups and crack-ups, though it has a metric ton of bleeped irreverence and a good (and hilariously unexpected) use of Jerry Reed’s Smokey and a Bandit thesis “East Bound and Down.” The dual scenes of additional footage are extensions of scenes already in a movie. We get a few some-more humorous pieces with Mark Ruffalo‘s Dr. Bruce Banner and a sweet-natured confidence ensure played by a good impression actor Harry Dean Stanton. Finally, there’s some some-more communication between Barton (Jeremy Renner) and Loki (Tom Hiddleston) from progressing in a story. They’re both good beats though their deleted from a final film is understandable.

The Avengers debuts on Blu-ray, DVD, and four-disc combo pack on Sep 25, 2012.
