T-Mobile rolling out Galaxy Note 9 and Note 8 confidence updates

T-Mobile is now pulling out updates to a Samsung Galaxy Note 9 and Note 8 models. They don’t embody Android 10 like today’s Galaxy S10 update, though they do move some new confidence patches.
