To celebrate the release of its new Android App, CoffeeGIANT.com will launch a new CoffeeGIANT JavaSpot contest to award four participants with a new Motorola Xoom WiFi Tablet, the world’s first device powered by Android 3.0 (Honeycomb)!

To enter the CoffeeGIANT JavaSpot contest, create an original advertisement or commercial for CoffeeGIANT.com, and you could win a new Motorola Xoom WiFi Tablet! Entries may be uploaded/submitted as electronic image/video advertisements to our Facebook page (or emailed to contest(at)coffeegiant(dot)com, to be uploaded by a CoffeeGIANT employee) between Sunday, May 16 and Wednesday, June 15, 2011. Four (4) winners will be selected from all entries received CoffeeGIANT – the entries with the most “Likes” by end of business on Friday, June 17, 2011 will be the selected winners to receive a new Motorola Xoom Android Tablet!

OFFICIAL JavaSpot CONTEST RULES:

Program Description/Eligibility: This trade promotion is open to legal residents of the 50 United States of the District of Colombia, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. Employees of CoffeeGIANT, their affiliates, subsidiaries, and any person working on the product, project, or promotion, advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of each are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. The promotion begins on May 1, and ends on May 31, 2011 (“Entry Period”). Official winners will be announced on our Facebook page, Jubilee page and in our eNewsletter.

Agreement to Official Rules: Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsors and judges, which are final and binding in all matters. Winner(s) of the prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.In addition, by entering, contestants represent and warrant that the entries that they submit:

     Are their own original creations;

     Do not infringe any other person’s or entity’s rights including music, art, etc.

Entry Period: The sweepstakes begins on May 16, 2011 at 8:00am Central Standard Time (CST) and ends on June 15, 2011 at 11:59pm CST. Entries that are submitted before or after the Entry Period will be disqualified.

How to Enter: To enter, during the Entry Period, create an original advertisement or commercial for CoffeeGIANT.com, visit http://www.Facebook.com/CoffeeGIANT and post your entry as a photo/video to complete the online entry and submit. Once you submit your entry, you will receive one (1) entry into the sweepstakes. Alternatively, you may send your submissions to contest(at)coffeegiant(dot)com to be uploaded to our Facebook page by a CoffeeGIANT representative. Any entries attempted through the use of agencies or robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed, or similar methods or which subvert the entry process will be void. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person and email address and household. All entries must be submitted by June 15, 2011 at 11:59pm CST to be eligible.

Drawing: Throughout the entry period, fans of CoffeeGIANT.com on Facebook will vote for their favorite entries by selecting the “Like” button associated with the entry/submission. On or about June 17, 2011, the Sponsor will tally all “Likes” and select four (4) potential winners from all eligible entries received during Entry Period. After the finalists are chosen through online voting, qualified judges, whose decisions regarding the contest and related matters are final, will and notify winners by phone, mail or email on or by July 15, 2011. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received, and number of “Likes” tallied. The Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner(s) within five (5) days of the drawing. If potential winner(s) cannot be contacted within five (5) days after the first attempt to contact him/her, the prize will be forfeited and Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner in his/her place at random from the remaining eligible entries received. Winners must comply with all Contest rules as published. In the event of a tie the submission that is the most creative, as determined by judges in their sole discretion, will win the prize.

Prize: One (1) Motorola Xoom WiFi Tablet. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of prize: $599. Motorola Xoom WiFi Tablet device only. No service plan included. Device will be unactivated and activation is not required. All prize details will be determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Prize is not transferable or refundable and must be accepted as awarded. No cash or other substitution may be made, except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute the prize (or component thereof) with another prize (or component thereof) of comparable or greater value as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. The winner is responsible for any and all costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not listed above as being provided. Prize will be reported as income to the winner and the winner will be responsible for all federal, state and local taxes associated with the receipt of the prize.

General Conditions: No responsibility is assumed by CoffeeGIANT for lost, late, or misdirected entries or any computer, online, telephone, or technical malfunctions that may occur. All entries become the property of CoffeeGIANT and will not be returned.

Requirements of Potential Winners: Potential Winners are requested to supply a small quote about their experience with CoffeeGIANT for survey purposes, and may be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release, within 24 hours following attempted notification. Non-compliance within this time period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Official winner will be announced on CoffeeGIANT Facebook page, on GIANT Jubilee page, and in CoffeeGIANT eNewsletter. Return of prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Entrants further grant to CoffeeGIANT the right to use and publish their proper name and state online, in print and in any other media in connection with the contest. By entering, participants release and hold harmless CoffeeGIANT, their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability or any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this contest or any prize won.

Sponsors and Sweepstakes Administrators are not responsible for delays in delivery of prizes. Prize may not be exchanged. No transfer, substitution or cash equivalent of of Grand Prize is permitted. Prize subject to availability and substitution with a prize of equal or greater retail value if Prize is unavailable or cannot be awarded for any reason, at sole discretion of CoffeeGIANT. The value of the Prize set forth above represents Sponsor’s good faith determination of the ARV thereof and cannot be challenged or appealed. In the event the ARV of a prize is more than the actual retail value of the prize, the difference will not be awarded in cash or otherwise.
